Along with our daughter, Leanne, the Registered Dietician and personal chef, we are planning an RGM Farms Family Fun Day. We have yet to select a Saturday in September but would love to hear your feedback on the following agenda.
So how do we spell fun here in our family, the family that lives in rural Missouri and has centered around all-natural organic foods and FDIC (Fun Down in the Country)?
Here is a quick rundown of the Guest Experience we have planned thus far;
* Arrival, greet-n-meet 9 AM- 9:45 registration inside the GuestHouse
* 9:45 - 11 HIKE! Water and protein bites will be handed out along with a scavenger hunt legend - let the competition begin amongst the attendees!
* 11 - 12:15 PM Crafts - bring your scrubs
* 12:15 - 1:15 PM Brown bag lunch; picnic on the property in a location of your choice
* 1:15 - 3:15 PM family game time: 3 races with two families competing in each race - egg and spoon, sack race, 3-legged race - washer game and corn hole available all day open to everyone
* 3:15 - 4:15 PM Farm tour(s)
* 4:45 - 5:15 PM guest get freshened up for the "Cook-Out Finale"
* 5:15 - 6:15 PM Dinner is served right at the fireside
* 6:15 - 7.30 PM get prepared now for doing S'MORES and music - we will invite you to lead us in your favorite fireside selection.
* All day long we will make a professional photographer available for capturing some great family memories (more to follow on this as we start confirming reservations - we are limiting to six families for this special event day to assure a great intimate family day).
